In partnership with the National Health Law Program, we are collecting stories around Medicaid to identify challenges to healthcare access in Georgia. We are looking for folks who want to share their RECENT experience (within the last five years) regarding:
- MEDICAID. It could be a personal story or one about your family member.
- COVERAGE GAP. Individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid and cannot afford regular healthcare.
If this applies to you, we would love to hear your story! Please share as many details as possible. Rest assured, sharing your story won't affect your coverage.
Only participants whose stories meet the project criteria above will receive a $25 Walmart gift card.
